Deactivate automatic search field input?

Is there a way to deactivate the automatic search field input? Its a totally shame that the search field insert the first result behind your cursor when you are typing...

It's a bug and not a feature. It's already fixed in Opera Developer. Just have to wait till the fix reaches stable.

I thought it was a "bad feature" because i have this problem since many weeks now.
