The Bitwarden app doesn't work with Opera on android. It seems Opera hasn't updated their password api to the newest on android. Furthermore, Bitwarden works with other browsers; I personally tried.
So, as a loyal Opera user, I humbly ask you to make Opera work with Bitwarden. Copying a password and username everytime entering the app, then come back in opera and pasting it is a inconvenience

If you are logged in to more than one account, your mobile app will default to trying to autofill credentials from the currently active account. You can switch from one account to another during auto-fill by tapping the avatar bubble.

@qo0947b I fully agree, @Opera please use standard android password input API, not custom one!
God, can't even remember how many times Opera changed their sync-vault storage.

I have same issue with KeePassXC.
Opera team, please add support for Android auto fill to make it work with custom password managers

Same problem here. Bitwarden with Opera Android works once in a while at best, most of the time I have to use the notification bar button and for many sites even that doesn't work as it can't detect any password fields or something along those lines.

It does not work for me either (Galaxy S23+). This is really annoying and I hope that the problem will be solved soon and have written this to support via email. I'm new here so my question if someone from support looks in here?

The problem is that it's 2024 and the issue still persists.
