Banned search engines being used/offered

Dear developers of the Opera browser.
Why are you still putting the Russian search engine Yandex and Rambler, which are banned in Ukraine, into Opera collections for Ukrainian users!

At the moment, you can't even delete these search engines in the settings?!! Why is the ban standing?!!
