[Suggestion] Edit which settings are displayed in the Quick Settings window

I would like to be able to edit the quick settings in the top right corner. You could decide which settings are shown there and which are not.

For example, I often change my download location and whether I want to be prompted for the location before each download. I could add that to the quick settings.
But I never change the design or animations. I could remove those from the quick settings for a better overview.
