Cannot turn off "Allow Acceptable Ads"

Hi
I have recently installed Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (or Ubuntu 22.04) on my Acer Aspire E15 alongside with Windows 10. Everything works fine. My favorite Opera too. However with a minor glitch that darkens my joy with Ubuntu & Opera. On Window 10 it's possible to turn off the "Allow Acceptable Ads" function and one can enjoy, for example, Youtube without ads.
I am truly flabbergasted as I find out that this magnific feature won't work with Opera vers. 94.0.4606.65 on Ubuntu.
My question is: Is that intentionally, or it is a bug of Opera in Ubuntu (or generally in all Linux) ? The switch button for this "Allow Acceptable Ads" won't stay in off-position, but turns on automatically again
Whatever it is, it is not good to kill this feature in Linux-version. -

@joenartca I am on Mint 21.1, which is based on Ubuntu Jammy/Ubuntu 22.04. I do not experience problems with "Allow Acceptable Ads":

Thanks for your reply. It's so: if I turn off the button "Allow Acceptable Ads", it shows the turn-off exactly as your screenshot. But when I re-click the "Privacy Protection" again the Allow-Acceptable-Ads button is ON again as if it weren't turned off before.
I have tried to uninstall Opera and removed all the remnants and then re-installed Opera in two ways:
Method 1: with Opera Install Procedure. Download opera via Firefox and double-click at the downloaded. Result: the same problem with the Allow-Acceptable-Ads button. I uninstall Opera completely and
Method 2: with Ubuntu Software app (icon with a symbol with an A on a suitcase). The same problem. The Allow-Acceptable-Ads button "defies" to be turned off.

@leocg Yes! The Allow-Acceptable-Ads button is always ON -regardless how many tries you set it OFF. And the ads come up every 5 or 10 minutes to interrupt Youtube.

I don't think that the "glitch" comes from Ubuntu 22.04. If the feature "Allow Acceptable Ads" works smoothly on Windows 10 and the installation procedure is done by Opera itself (see Method 1 mentioned above), the problem has to be inside the Linux-Version of Opera because the mentioned button returns automatically from turn-off to turn-on position without "human" intervention

I found this solution HERE (https://forums.opera.com/topic/34225/adblock-plus) for OPERA on Ubuntu Yammy Jellyfish 22.04.01.
