Opera.com/connect saying to download opera, inside Opera

I am opening opera.com/connect to connect Flow, opening with my Opera browser on Windows 10, and it is telling me to download Opera to use flow. I redownloaded it once already and it's still telling me to download Opera. I just want Flow to work...

@shuitsuki Same issue here.
Not getting the QR code at all, and keep getting told to install / upgrade Opera to the latest version.

Cleared my cache and rebooted to no avail
