Ability to remove Crypto Wallet button on mobile

It is toggleable on desktop. Why not mobile too? Not everyone likes or even uses crypto. For a browser that advertises itself as the fastest and most efficient, I should be able to remove any unwanted distractions.

@shuitsuki It's not even visible if the user don't go to the settings page.
