Is it possible to show the scroll handler all the time?

There is a option "show scroll handle in web page", but the scroll handle only appear when slide up or down the web page quickly. I wonder if there is a way to keep the slide handle awlays available since I want to use opera for android on large screen device and controll by mouse(since it's impossible to slide the page quickly by mouse and keyboard).
