I saved many offline pages on my Android device since 2018. Now, most of them are lost, and the only copy of them lays on my device. I want to fetch them from there with the archival purposes. ADB does not work in this case. And this device is non-rooted. Is it possible to export them into MHTML (as they saved) and transfer onto SD card? If not, how can I do this?

Please, someone, give me a way to save them... I keep a 200mb browser on my 16GB ROM unrootable phone for 2 years already, and it's only a matter of time before it will die and all the works I accidentally preserved will die with it. I'm sick of this burden already. Give us some app or some legacy compatible update that'll export it all in DCIM folder. ADB is useless here, the browser locks it's data down and I can do nothing with it
