[Duplicated]Sync data lost

I have just logged in to my opera account with opera gx only to find my account has some sort of "passphrase" encrypting my account and i have never set such. I tried resetting it and it did succesfully But all my data,(bookmarks,speed dials,pinboards) are all gone and i have seen no way to recover them. I am no longer using opera

@jmktg In https://www.sync.opera.com/reset there is a message that clearly says that your synced data will be removed from the servers.

@leocg Thats the point, the data cannot be recovered in any way. What a clever idea by opera.

@jmktg Hence the message in the page.

The data needs to be removed so that new data, encrypted with the new passphrase, can be uploaded and used.
