Can recover data after have formatted the computer?

I just formatted my computer and was wondering if I can recover my data, history and configs somehow?

@killiangue10 Did you make a backup before the formatting? Did you use Sync?

@killiangue10 If you were using Sync before, just login to it in the new installation.
