Password manager not working

After migrating my whole Data from an MB Air to a MB Pro, Opera doesn´t remind Passwords anymore.
Some are saved, but only a few.
Some seemed to get lost, after the were saved- very strange!
No Passwords will be shown.
No Passwords can be imported successfully.
What can help? -

@holger090909 How did you migrate it? For it to work you would need to have used Sync. Or tried to export and import the passwords.

@leocg
For Migration i used the functionality of iOS
and i also used the import with csv file.
And: when I login to a page, e.g. my wireless router sw, opera simply no longer offers the "save" option -

@holger090909 It won't work. Saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials and will not work in a different computer or even with a different user.
You need to use Opera Sync to get your saved passwords in a different installation.

@leocg but it didn´t.
Explain this:
I login into my wlan router sw once, close the sw.
so far so good.try to log in again an automatic password login won´t be offered an i have to type the password manually.
But when i try to login again with wrong password, the update option to save the new password (which is a wrong one) is offered.
opera can not handle known passwords correct. Why?

P.S.
the import didn't work.I just deleted the history. Auto login is offered on one side, not on another.

@holger090909 If the page doesn't allow use of autofill, Opera will not ask to save the password.
Also I guess that the page needs to be secure but I'm not sure about that.

@holger090909 So the login info is on the passwords manager but when you click on the login/username field there isn't anything to be chosen?

Goto the URL
opera://about
, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera, delete the "Login Data" file in the profile folder, start Opera and import your password csv file again. -

@burnout426
thank you,
but i can´t follow the path to its end in the iOS "finder".
The directory structure isn´t the same as the path shown by " about Opera" and i also cant find the file by following my different directory structure.
I can find the file by copying the profile path to the browser, but cant erase the file here. -

@holger090909 Opera's profile path (where the Login Data file is at) should be at
/Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/com.operasoftware.Opera
in Finder on MacOS. You can see https://www.macworld.com/article/671158/how-to-show-hidden-files-on-a-mac.html for how to show hidden files and folders etc.
