Text on certain websites replacing text with unreadable special characters

When I tried using the web health services in Norway (Helsenorge), certain text uses weird unrelated characters whenever there's a Norwegian letter (ÆØÅ), number, or dynamic text like personal information. This is not a problem on other websites or browsers.
Do anyone know how to fix this?
