Can't hear audio in certain situations like online meetings, etc

I'm having problems with audio in the browser, but it's a bit confusing. When I play something in YouTube or Spotify, the browser sound works, but if I'm in an online meeting (Teams and Zoom) there's no audio comming or going (I don't hear the meeting and no one hears me), and thats not the only problem, the sounds of the browser like the typing sounds, the clicks or the background music can't be heard, not even the sound tester from the settings. I've turned to default settings, tried sound configurations directly from my computer settings, but the sound still isn't fixed, I don't know what to do.
Windows version: Windows 11
Opera version: I don't know, GX I guess (?) latest version
Expected behaviour: Hearing the browser sounds that come built in and hearing online meetings
Actual behaviour: Not hearing any of the browser built in features nor online meetings -

While on those sites, I'd click the badge at the left of the address field, goto "site settings" and make sure the microphone and sound are set to allowed.

These are super, super quiet for me and I can barely hear them when using my laptop speakers (even with the volume all the way up). But, they're nice and loud when using headphones. I wondering if you're experiencing something similar.
