Pop-out player additions

Suggestions:

1. Adding a hotkey option (arrow keys) to rewind and fast forward through a video on the pop-out player. This is just for further convenience.

2. Adding a hotkey option (arrow keys) to turn the volume up and down through a video on the pop-out player. This is just for further convenience.

3. Add the pop-out player option to Hulu, I don't seem to have that feature and maybe it does exist and mine is just bugged. This can offer us a whole extra variety of shows to watch while we game or do our office work/school work.

4. When I open my browser for the first time and sometimes just re-opening it and I use the pop-out feature, it by default puts the video to the bottom right corner of my screen. It would be great if it would snap back to the size I scaled it at and also saving it's last location on my screen. This is just for further convenience.

I truly hope some of these get implemented as it would be pretty handy for me personally and I think it would make for a much cleaner, smooth way of utilizing the pop-out player for everyone who uses the feature as much as I do.
