The Dev channel has been updated to 95.0.4612.0 ;-) The blog post.
There's no builds for Linux this time.
 
New Opera's flag #prepopulated-top-sites (disabled - work in progress).
 
The flag #private-window-welcome-page-with-vpn is enebled in this version (ready to check it).
 
Removed Opera's flags: #enhanced-address-bar and #history-onboarding.

It includes cool improvement for those who use messengers in the Sidebar: you can drag & drop a file from your desktop window to a pinned messenger panel.
 
Two new Opera's flags (disabled by default - work in progress):
#address-bar-categories-customization
Allows to enable/disable individual categories in unfiltered address bar drop-down.
 
#specific-keywords
Provides suggestions for specific keywords.

Enables automatic download of this extension on startup.

Enables password generator suggestion for password fields.

Make full page snapshot available. It displays additional popup, after clicking snap button in the address bar.
