[Duplicated]Opera not remembering my preferences randomly

This happens randomly when I start my PC. I close the browser with tabs open and put the PC off. Then when I start up, it's a gamble whether my tabs will be saved or not. Is there a way to fix this as it's becoming very annoying. I'm on Windows 7 and I don't know where to check my version of the browser, It happens at random so I can't reproduce it.
