Why is opera92 writing to disk when idle?

Hi people,
I just leveraged my RAM from 4 to 16 Gb.
After checking HDD activity I noted that Opera continues to use it even when completely Idle, and mostly for writes operations. Reads are shown when I do something with Opera.

Is this disk write usage normal?
Can this be avoided?
I have a lot of RAM available now.

Note: This laptop was reinstalled very recently and have no extensions.
