Mouse pointer doesn't turn into a hand if volume is beyond 86

Greetings,
i have Opera installed on Windows 10 pro. With Opera i use Daphile Hi Fi installed on Futro S720 thin client. If I select full screen (on normal screen the problem is not there) with the mouse pointer i can't set a volume above 81. In practice on the volume command line, beyond 81, the pointer does not turn into a hand and therefore i have no possibility to increase the volume. Can anyone help me fix it, thanks?
