Hi dear,
I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra powered by Android 12
and I'm a long Opera Browser user now on version 72.3.3767.68685The problem is if the address bar is unhidden, there are a zone of approximatively 1/2 size of the address bar height on the top of all webpage that don't respond to any imput method ... but only when the app layout is set to phone.
When the app layout is set to phone, I need to scroll the webpage for hidden the address bar to interact with the top of website.
In tablet layout mode there are no problem and I can interact with the top of website
directly. The problem is persistant and concern the address bar and all website navigation after the last two update of opera browser.
I can take screen shot or video on-demand if your need more explain.
P.s. The ad-blocker and the data saving are set to Disable.
Cordially

Thank you for creating this post, I have been facing the same issue which makes navigating many websites very cumbersome.
I have started noticing this issue in late October so I think it must have appeared with either version 72.1.3767.68311 or 72.2.3767.68393.
