When you click "Show more", it should load the
opera://downloads
URL in a new tab just like you said happens. And, that page should show download errors and give you the option to resume downloads for ones that were downloaded from a server that supports resuming. That sounds like it's working in general for you. Make sure you have "all downloads" selected on the downloads page so the list isn't limited to a certain day/range.
As for older downloads (unfinished or not), unless you removed individual ones from the downloads page or clicked "clear downloads" or chose to delete your download history on the advanced tab at the URL
opera://settings/clearBrowserData
, I'm not sure what's up. I don't know what Opera has for a limit for that list. Maybe someone else will know.Opera does discard history entries older than 3 months. It might do that for download history too, but I'm not sure. Do you know how old the other downloads were?
Now, as for the temporarily-download files themselves, those should be in your downloads folder with the ".opdownload" extension appended to their filenames. Are they still in the downloads folder? If not, maybe Opera detected that and removed them from the downloads list.
Note though that the opdownload files are useless without their corresponding entries in the
opera://downloads
list. -

@burnout426 as you said that all i wanna do is resume unfinished download or begin new download because of some downloads cant resume, so i should show all half download files so i can download again, but i cannot be sure that all unfinished download files are only 11 file so i try to show all but there is only downloaded files or very old unfinished files, i cannot see update list or files, in past there was no problem like this, or there was no problem any other bowser, opera is main browser for me but i use other browser, i dont know maybe i should update opere i will try it in a good time for me. it is very big problem, think about it i click to download 50 files and 30 files are unfinished and download session is stopped and i only see 11 files downloaded or cutted and i just know downloaded files that all they are in downloaded folder or i can see on show all page, i have 2 options that i can download all files again or i will check each file if it is downloaded, i sould check 50 files one by one it is not usefull and big problem.
And i clicked all tabs again again daily weekly all , all options.

@meyap Do a test.
In Windows Explorer (File Explorer), browse to "C:\Users\yourusername" and create a new folder named "Opera Downloads".
Then, make a test standalone installation of Opera to a folder named "Opera Downloads Test" on your desktop.
Then, in that test installation, goto the URL
opera://settings/downloads
and set your download folder to that that "Opera Downloads" folder. Then, for a while, download things in just that Opera and test if it shows any incomplete downloads you encounter and test how long the list at the URL
opera://downloads
gets. And, test if resuming works for any incomplete downloads. If an incomplete download doesn't allow you to resume (option), we would need to know the URL for that specific download to check if the server serving the download supports resuming or not.
After a while of testing, you should know if something is wrong with your regular Opera installation or not.
