after reinstalling windows and then installing opera gx, google disappeared from the search engines, and even adding it, I can’t set it by default, can anyone help?

Must be due to the locale you're using in Opera. Goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera, open the "Local State" file in the profile folder in a text editor, and change the country and country_from_server codes to US.
