flickering screen since Version 72

Hi Opera team !

This is a detailed bug report from a LineageOS 14.1 on which now the version 71.0.3718.67035 was recently reinstalled because of some major bugs found in version 72

In none of previous versions was any problem was found by me, but this version.

Device parameters:
Android version: 7.1.2
14.1-20200822-UNOFFICIAL-j3xnite
LineageOS API level: Guava(7)
Kernel version:
3.10.100-g0502c3a

Tested version of Opera: latest 72.x

The bug: flickering screen at especially animated gifs or other animated elements of the screen and the lack of the fluid , "elastic" scroll feature which now stops elastic scrolling randomly. Sometimes works well , but more often does not.

You have to click on an element several times to select it, by which altogether this version of Opera is unfortunately completely useless on this device.
