Hi,
I put a picture on my profile but I cannot see in the browser, as you can see

Is it only for me? What's the problem?

The icon is a new implementation that initially didn't support a profile pic. It does now though in Opera Developer and will in Opera Stable ( and maybe Opera GX) eventually. So, you're not doing anything wrong. Just have to wait.
