opera gx isnt downloading

i had opera gx and i was using it today, but when i opened it back up it wasnt working and kept asking for permission to change when i clicked it. when i said yes it kept popping up when i opened it up. i deleted it and tried downloading it but it didnt download. i have tried offline download and downloading from the microsoft store but both those didnt download it, on the microsoft it says its downloaded but when i got onto the library it isnt there.
