Opera GX cannot remember window position

I just started using Opera GX, and I have noticed that whenever I start up my computer and open up opera, or close it and re open it, it moves away from the edge of my screen and does not become flush with it. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Example: You have a browser right next to the edge of your screen, but when you re open your browser is moved away from it, either to the left of the right depending on where you have it(I have mine on the left).
