Locked Workspaces

It would be really nice to be able to lock some of my workspaces and to completed freeze the tabs so they don't take resources, I let a lot of my people use my computer and it would be really nice to have, for nosy people and a lot more privacy too.

@gotyourdetailz aren't the workspaces not in use already frozen? btw the security lock is a nice idea
