Opera VPN Pro causes Spotify app to break

Hello, recently I found out that if I enable and connect to VPN on the Opera VPN Pro client, I cannot play songs on Spotify. However, I can only play songs that are in the playlist I made and any song that isn't in my playlist including songs that come out by searching will not play. Strangely this does not happen when I listen to songs on the Web version of Spotify.
Other VPNs as far as the ones I have does not cause this issue. Only when I connect to Opera's Pro VPN service that the issue appears.

@idnhazel I had the same issue. Now I can play new songs that appeared after I searched for them.
That's what I did:
In Windows Spotify Player App
- opened Preferences (CTRL + P)
- Changed 'Proxy Settings', 'Proxy type' from 'automatic' to 'none'
- 'Storage', clear cache
- 'Storage', Remove all downloads
- Disabled VPN Pro
In Microsoft Windows
- Closed Opera
- Closed Spotify
- Restarted Computer
