Two videos opened when I start a video on YouTube

first of all hello everyone,
my problem is when i watch something on youtube the background of the video is opening another video and i can't see what is open so i can't close the video. I hear the sound of 2 videos I don't know what to do about it. Im using Windows10. this case only happening in my pc?

Does this happen with all of your extensions disabled? What about in a private window?
