Help; how do I turn off Opera Media bar in Windows 11 system tray?

I am talking about the feature in the link below. I can turn it off in other browsers by disabling 'Hardware Media Key Handling', but when I do it in Opera browser it doesn't work. Is there a solution to this?

Turn off the Hardware Media Key Handling flag, close Opera, and then restart the Windows Explorer process. Then you should be good to go from there on. See this post for more info.
