I can't turn on VPN Pro

Hi, I want to ask if anyone has similar problem with VPN Pro in Opera for Android.

Few days ago, I can use the feature just fine during the 1-week free trial period, but then I suddenly can't turn on the VPN Pro anymore although I've already paid and subscribed. I pressed the button for several times and it won't respond. I tried using the toggle, but it's just won't turn on.

When I log out and use guest account, the free VPN would work. I tried using Opera beta version, but it won't recognize my Pro VPN subscription. Meanwhile, the Pro VPN is working just fine in my computer (Windows 10).

Here are my phone and related info, plus the screen recorder I took related to this problem and few screenshots to prove my Pro VPN subscription.

Android Version: 12 (12 SKQ1.211006.001)
Phone model: POCO F3 (M2012K11AG)
Opera Version: 71
