[suggestion]Drag workspace like they were a groups of tabs

Quick suggestion for a new functionality, dragging a workspace out of the current window would form a new window with the tabs of the workspace, and the other way around, two windows open in different workspaces, drag one of them by the workspace to the other a join them. Dunno the technical limitations, but felt like it could speed up some inter workspace work.
To whoever reads this, do have a nice day. -

@leocg Well it would be dragged to the window where workspace 2 was open, but it would switch to workspace 2 and populate it with the tabs on the previous independent window.
To try to exemplify:- Having one window with multiple workspaces populated with tabs:
- It would be possible to (much like if it was a tab) by clicking and holding on top of the workspace icon drag it out;
- This would open a new window in the dragged workspace with tabs that belong to it;
-Having two windows with different workspaces populated with tabs:
- It would be possible to (much like if it was a tab) by clicking and holding on top of the workspace icon drag it into the other window;
- The receiving window would change to the workspace of the window being moved, and open every tab ;In terms of functionality don't know if it would be better to implement a "duplicate" function available in drop-down list by right clicking over a workspace that would just create a new window, and in tandem a "collapse"/"close every tab". (Functionalities that could help implement the previous idea).

I'm sorry, but I've been describing the idea with the understanding that window is what appears when you click the browser icon, as in the entirety of the program is shown on a window, therefore different windows are separate instances when viewed from the window switching when pressing alt+tab. In a window of the application operagx, allows us to create different workspaces and switch between them, in switching workspaces we are changing the tabs accessible above the search bar.
It would be something more like, send workspace X in window 1 to window 2 , where window 2 does not have any tabs on workspace X. -

Ok, I guess this really isn't going to get through, do see what a window is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_(computing), because as it stands a window isn't inside a workspace (just to cover my bases, OperaGx workspace), but I give up.
And the ability to create multiple workspaces does not serve the purpose of the functionality proposed.
Thank you for your time, if possible would love to see if any developers could lend an eye to the suggestion.
