I cant install opera gx (progress bar is stuck)

the progress bar doesnt progress anymore and its stuck idk
i use windows and this version 21H1 , KB5016688
and i hope that someone solves this problem

Goto https://www.opera.com/download#opera-gx and click the 64-bit link in the little "Download the offline package" box. Then, launch that installer and see how things go.
