Email hyperlinks not connecting through Opera

trying to open hyperlinks in emails I get a mesage
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer

it was working through Firefox but afrter I removed firefox and tried using though Opera the trouble began I am unable to fix it any suggestions ?
