[Duplicated]Clicking on the very top of the tab doesn't select it.

When you point your cursor to the end top of a tab, it won't choose the tab, these are dead area. You have to watch your cursor, very annoying. Happen on both Opera and Opera GX. Please fix.

Not a suggestion or feature request. Also, there is a setting for it already.
