I have a problem with the shortcuts on startup, now it's slow when I use the shortcuts

Recently the page shortcuts in the beginning changed, in the form of its design, before it was a solid color; but that's not the point, the point is that currently it gets slow when I want to use shortcuts from the bottom, I already looked for solutions in configuration but there is nothing specific that fixes that,
Does anyone know anything about what's happening to me? please

Scrolling gets slow once you get down the start page or the animation when hovering over thumbnails that are far down the page or clicking a speed dial farther down the page has a delay before Opera loads the site?

since I open a new tab to look for a shortcut it gets slow, also when I scroll, I mean when I look for a shortcut that is at the bottom.
pdta: I don't have animations activated for the thumbnails, or anything aesthetic -

Goto the URL
opera://settings/early_bird, enable Early Bird and turn off "Unique Speed Dial Graphics". -
