Clipboard is not working

respected team, I'm facing an issue when I try to paste some Copied test from Clipboard it paste nothing in Opera, While on the hand Chrome easily Pick copied text from Clipboard, I need to know the setting, this is happen only when I changed my mobile ..... So may be a setting issue so Please guide me ....!!!
