@leocg Okay then. My computer has my account with opera. If i turn it on without internet, will i be able to see my bookmarks and passwords?
i dont see why 2fa cant be disabled via support but ok

kind of crazy to use 2fa on opera isn't it? you would use it only on certain sites that need it, right? i don't know how it works with opera, but what could be the excuse? bookmarks and history? lol, saved passwords? all things that shouldn't be saved or worried about at all
i guess i am curious, what are you concerned about that you wanted to use 2fa?
(i too have had problems with it, mainly Steam, but you need it for the marketplace, so... they have no problem resetting it though)

@iamthebestfr If 2FA could be disabled by anyone other than the user who owns the account, it would simply loose its purpose.

@leocg Soo,if you lose phone,he has 2fa and you lose your account with no chance of recovery. No sense.

Also please answer my first question, does opera keep bookmarks and stuff without internet

@iamthebestfr When you enable 2FA you are given a backup code (or some of them) exactly to be used on those situations.

@iamthebestfr Yes, Opera stores data locally like any other software in your computer.

So if you still have Opera installed, your data still be there unless you have removed it or if it is a new installation.

@iamthebestfr I don't think you still can use your Google account to login into your Opera account.
