Add "EasyList Cookie List" and "I don't care about cookies" lists

Please add these lists to the Opera desktop version:

EasyList Cookie List
I don't care about cookies

In the mobile version of Opera Android browser we have the option to "Block cookies dialog"

However in the desktop version (windows, linux,...) there is no list that blocks the cookies dialog box, so we need to add it manually or install an extension (like for example uBlock Origin).

I suggest you to add these two lists by default.
