Add the option "Automatically send crash reports to Opera"

As there is currently in the desktop version of Opera, I suggest you to add the option "Automatically send crash reports to Opera" in Opera android browser and Opera Mini (both from playstore).

In the desktop version (windows, linux,...) there are two important but distinct options: "Automatically send crash reports to Opera" and "Help improve Opera by sending resource usage information"

In Opera android browser there is only one option: "Send usage report", which includes data to improve the product.

While in Opera Mini for android there is neither of the two options, only data about interest, news and announcements are sent.

I, for example, would keep the option "Automatically send crash reports to Opera" enabled if it existed in both versions of the PlayStore, while I prefer not to send resource usage data, but as there is no such important option in the PlayStore versions, I prefer to keep all data collections from Opera browsers on smartphone turned off.

So I suggest to Opera team add the option "Automatically send crash reports to Opera" in Opera Android browser and Opera Mini:
