OperaGX installer not working in Windows 10 Pro

I have installed OperaGX from this url: https://www.opera.com/gx which gave me installed of 4Mb which is not working. It throws error that I can't install it on my PC.

But if I download from https://www.opera.com/download#opera-gx then it will download a 115mb which will install OperaGX in my system successfully.

Please look into the Download link on https://www.opera.com/gx URL.

@bhavesh7 One is the online installer and the other is the offline one. If the online installer didn't work it probably should be because it couldn't get data from the servers.

@leocg i used the offline and it still wouldn't even run due to this

@miimasta-yt As said, Opera 95 is the last with support for Windows 7.
