Right click menu for Tab is missing

Linux distribution and version: Fedora 5.16.18-200.fc35.x86_64
Version of Opera: 89.0.4447.51

A description of the problem: When right clicking on a tab title, no menu is being shown.
Steps to (try to) reproduce the issue:

• Place the pointer over a Tab
• Right Click

Expected behavior and actual one:
It is expected a menu being rendered after right click. However, no menu is being rendered actually.
