Restoring Reset passwords

Hello, please tell me where to write or what to do. I updated Windows, entered the login and password from the opera account, and started syncing data, everything was synchronized except passwords. Passwords are a very important thing for me right now because of this I can't access my website as well as the hosting provider. Tell me how can I recover passwords that were previously in opera before resetting?

@morfiusmatrix Saved passwords are encrypted with your OS login credentials,, so if it has changed somehow, you have lost access to your saved passwords.

How did you upgrade Windows?

@leocg I completely changed the computer, that is, I updated the processor and video card as a result, the hard drives remained and I had a Windows system crash and I had to reinstall it

@leocg yes, synchronization was enabled, but they all reset due to some error

@morfiusmatrix Then there is no way to recover your saved passwords, unless if you have exported them before reinstalling the OS
