Windows Groups doesn't work in Windows 11

Windows 11 can group windows, so they should for example be all shown when selecting a group from Taskbar.

With Opera these groups are shown, but if I select a group, it will bring top only one of the windows in that group.

For example with file Explore, Windows will bring top all the Windows in a group.
