How do I set a Opera GX profile as default browser?

I wanted to run opera gx on its bare bones profile but when I press a link on a app (e.g. discord) it opens up the normal opera gx.

Hello, i know that the answer was provided on 1 Jul 2022, but will there be an update to be able to open links in the profile browser ?

It's really bothering to always have to copy the link from the normal opera GX and paste it on the profile browser in order to use only the main browser we're using...

I enjoy Opera but this is really an issue that i deal with multiple times every day!

There's still no support for this and Opera hasn't said anything about plans to add it.

There is still a manual, experimental hack to set a certain GX profile as the default browser though.
