New Opera's flag #opera-account-popup - disabled (work in progress).
Enables Opera's account popup.

The flag #vpn-pro is enebled in this version (ready to try it).

Removed Opera's flags: #pinboard-popup-refresh, #snap-crop-tool, #snap-text-selection and #vpn-selective-bypass-for-search.
