New Opera start time is 8s instead of instant

This annoys me. The Operas three month before starts and shows the quickdial in an instant.
Now Opera starts and need 8 seconds to show the same page.

I have deleted the cache files, no change.
I really hate this, it is almost as back in the days without SSDs.
Only the startup is that slow, opening pages is good as always.

Update to 88.0.4412.40 - no change

@42kal I have that same problem with speed dial, which I use as my home page. I reported it after the previous update, the next update still has the same problem, so I guess it was no addressed.
