Not all bookmarks being exported

Is anyone else encountering the problem where not all of their bookmarks are being exported? I suspect it has to do with the amount of bookmarks I have but it's a bit of a weird problem.

Just went through and compared a file of exported bookmarks from July last year to one I exported today, definitely a lot of old bookmarks missing and I'm incredibly sure that I have not deleted so many
