Same here - on the Beta channel, Max OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), Opera Beta 25.0.1614.35. Crashing every few minutes regardless of activity. Running the latest release of Flash (15.0.0.189). Crashlogs are identical to squ1b3r and dmitrden:
Crashed Thread: 0 CrBrowserMain Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread
Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: EXC_I386_GPFLTThis install was stable under Mavericks.
As I said above, you need the latest BETA Flash Plugin (should be version 15.0.0.215). The released one still has issues that cause these crashes.
The BETA plugin (don't worry, it's rock solid, better than the final one) can be found here: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html
Make sure you select the installer for Opera.

The problem most of you are experiencing can be worked around by disabling this flag.
opera://flags/#proprietary-media-types-playback
This is not recommended. Please remember to turn it back on again after the next update. (Eventually it will turn itself on by it self, but that could take half a year.)
A fix is on the way, but we cannot make any promises as to when it will be available. Possibly next week.
