Whole post blanks when using spell check on Facebook

If I try to use spell check on fb & replace the misspelled word the whole post blanks and errors, spell check is virtually worthless on fb, you have to cut & paste back every misspelled word to get it to work & not lose a whole post, its so annoying I've had to retype a post a half dozen times in some cases.
